As a key member of the App launch team at REV Federal Credit Union, I played an integral role in successfully launching the new Digital Banking platform. Leading a collaborative Marketing team, we orchestrated a comprehensive communication strategy, worked closely with stakeholders, and oversaw creative development across various channels. Together, we coordinated the preparation of over 70,000 members for the conversion, crafting personalized member emails, deploying digital banking banner ads, and creating a detailed FAQ page with content and video tutorials. Leveraging traditional channels such as on-hold messaging, postcards, and in-branch signage, our collective efforts ensured broad awareness. The outstanding results, with a remarkable 66% engagement rate from digital users within the initial two weeks, underscored the strength of our teamwork. This experience demonstrated our commitment to delivering a best-in-class member experience and reinforced REV's dedication to service excellence and community engagement.
